Queenwood Property offer a discreet marketing selling service without the need to commit to full marketing. None of our properties are advertised on the portals or public marketing channels and we don't work with any other agents. This ensures that the security and privacy of our sellers is protected and the exclusivity of the properties we sell is preserved.

Crucially, Queenwood do not leave a marketing footprint of your property.

1) Initial Conversation & Valuation visit:

Get in touch via our website, email, or phone to arrange a discreet meeting to discuss price, potential buyers and the Queenwood model. Agree guide price and launch date. Complete AML and KYC compliance protocols.

2) Marketing material

Even though the Queenwood model is a discreet one, registered and qualified buyers still want to see images, floorplans and details of the property. With your approval, we’ll commission professional photography, floorplans, and drone footage to best showcase your property.

We adopt a 'less is more' approach and keep internal photos to a minimum. Queenwood never carry out an agent video tour as we believe breaches the security and privacy of our sellers.

3) Creating the ‘Taster’:

A few images are selected and a private invitation ‘taster’ is preapred along with a 10second slideshow for WhatsApp alerts and a landing page which can only be accessed by Queenwood registered buyers or by private invitation.

4) Targeted Invitations:

Using technology profiling tools and data analytics, we identify high-potential London buyers (we target eight SW London postcodes where migration is most prevalent), personally matched to your property. Each receives a private invite with a code to access your property preview.

5) Qualified Viewings:

Once your page is accessed, we’re notified and begin the viewing process. All viewings are personally accompanied by a Queenwood expert, deeply familiar with your home and the surrounding area. We work with Queenwood registered buyers, buying agents and profiled and matched London sellers to facilitate discreet private introductions without the need for portals, boards or social media.
