Queenwood operates with no upfront fees, no fixed contract terms, and a strict no sale, no fee policy. However, to maintain the integrity and success of our process, we ask our sellers to consider three key commitments:

1) Exclusivity is essential. Properties must be off-market. The allure lies in the unseen. Very few buyers are enticed by something that’s already "on the shelf."

2) Genuine intent to move. While your home won’t be publicly listed, our targeted marketing is substantial. Sellers must be genuinely committed to the prospect of moving.

3) Realistic pricing. If expectations aren’t grounded in market reality, the process loses credibility and momentum.

Our Fees

Queenwood Property maintains a clear and transparent fee structure:

  • 1% + VAT of the final sale price, payable upon successful completion to a buyer introduced by Queenwood

  • No agency tie-ins, restrictive contracts, or notice periods

  • Strictly no sale, no fee

  • No “finding fees” charged to buyers
