In my role as main board director and shareholder of one of London's most successful estate agents for over 25 years, I have developed a detailed knowledge of London's areas, its people and its dynamics and an acute appreciation of the drivers behind every move.

Having now hung up my lanyard and given up my season ticket railcard I have decided to use my head to follow my heart and explore a unique business model in Surrey. By harnessing the latest AI powered tech to match London aspirational migration with the magnificence of Surrey, Queenwood Property was born.

I am blessed to have lived, worked and played in this beautiful belt of Surrey and I am passionate about helping others discover its quiet luxury and enduring charm. Conversely, I have a fastidiously detailed knowledge of each London postcode, roads and markets. I know all the agents, the sale process and have all the market analytics at a touch of a thumb. I am therefore not only able to advise on Surrey but also give unbiased and impartial guidance on the London agents to use, pricing and strategy for getting sales together and people moved. I may even be able to make off market introductions to buyers’ properties through the same model.

Honesty, Trust and Respect are the core of everything we do at Queenwood. Telling the truth with unconditional honesty and transparency seems something sadly amiss in most sales industries, our politics and the world around us. By demonstrating a deep pool of knowledge of both London and Surrey markets wrapped up with an exemplary service offering with absolute transparency, I am confident Queenwood will gain the trust and respect of buyers and sellers alike, and I will be leading from the front to ensure we follow up words with actions.

It is my genuine aim for Queenwood to make the property buying and selling process a fresh experience and as stress free and fulfilling as possible. Sometimes the journey can be just as rewarding as the destination.
