Over the last 25 years in my role as main board director and shareholder of one of London's most successful estate agents for over 25 years, I have developed a detailed knowledge of London's areas, its people, its dynamics and an acute appreciation of the drivers behind every move.

Ditching my railcard and handing back my lanyard has given me the freedom to take those skills and explore a different and exciting new path. By harnessing the latest tech and combining this with my knowledge and experience to match London aspirational migration with the magnificence of Surrey, a unique business model emerged and Queenwood Property was born.

I am blessed to have lived, worked and played in this beautiful county and I am passionate about helping others discover its quiet luxury and enduring charm. With my deep and detailed knowledge of each London postcode, the streets, the markets, the agents and the sales process. I am in the strongest position to give advice not only to buyers wanting to relocate to Surrey, but also to sellers making the move out of London. Calling on 25 years of experience in the London property sector, I am able to give unbiased and impartial guidance to London vendors on which agents to use, pricing and strategies for their specific postcodes, and even make off-market introductions to buyers’ properties using the same model.
